$170,000.00 Settlement – 2002 – Defendant illegally turned in front of Plaintiff Victim hitting her head on. She stated that the defendants were drunk or under the influence of something. The Plaintiff victim suffered from soft tissue back injuries. The defendants were subject to punitive damages because of the allegation they were drunk.

$338,991 – Jury Verdict 2001 – Plaintiff was a passenger in a car when the car Plaintiff was in was hit in a head on collision with another car. Plaintiff settled with her own carrier for $250,000.00 in uninsured motorists benefits. She then sought the additional money from her driver’s uninsured motorist benefits coverage. Her injuries included 3 broken bones to her right hand and she claimed her right hand was permanently injured.
