$5,200,000.00 – Jury Verdict 1996 – Tractor Trailer hit a construction worker’s truck stopped in the emergency lane along the highway killing him.
$5,000,000.00 Settlement – 1992 - Defendant Tractor Trailer allegedly entered an onramp at an Interchange of I-285 and I-85 north of Atlanta at an excessive rate of speed. The tractor trailer turned over crushing decedents' car injuring them and killing them.

$230,000.00 Jury Verdict – 1999 - Truck made improper turn hitting the victim’s car head on. The Plaintiff Victim suffered a cervical disc subluxation of the C6 – C7 vertebrae in her spine and nerve damage secondary to surgery and 10% permanent partial disability. There were $48,000.00 in medical expenses.
$170,000.00 Settlement – 2002 – Defendant illegally turned in front of Plaintiff Victim hitting her head on. She stated that the defendants were drunk or under the influence of something. The Plaintiff victim suffered from soft tissue back injuries. The defendants were subject to punitive damages because of the allegation they were drunk.
$225,000.00 – Settlement – 2002 – Plaintiff Victim pushing her grocery cart in a Kroger parking lot suffered a hip fracture requiring surgery after she was struck by defendant’s vehicle. She had $32,000.00 in medical bills.
$352,776.00 – Settlement 2001 - Plaintiff was a passenger in a car when a tractor trailer made an illegal turn into the car Plaintiff was in. Plaintiff suffered multiple broken bones requiring surgery and Plaintiff suffered permanent disability as a result.
$338,991 – Jury Verdict 2001 – Plaintiff was a passenger in a car when the car Plaintiff was in was hit in a head on collision with another car. Plaintiff settled with her own carrier for $250,000.00 in uninsured motorists benefits. She then sought the additional money from her driver’s uninsured motorist benefits coverage. Her injuries included 3 broken bones to her right hand and she claimed her right hand was permanently injured.
